QTvision Privacy Policy

QTvision is an iPhone app made by ClinicianBuilt and published on the App Store by PreventivPulse, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the QTvision app and the qtvision.app website.
Summary
QTvision does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or health information. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it makes no network connections.
Information the app collects
None. We do not receive any information from the app.
Images
Photos you take or import are shown on your iPhone so you can place measurement markers. Images are held in memory only while you measure. QTvision never saves them to your device's storage, never adds them to your photo library, and never sends them anywhere. When you finish or close a measurement, the image is discarded.
Camera and Photos
QTvision asks for camera access only so you can photograph an ECG rhythm strip. You can turn camera access off at any time in iPhone Settings > QTvision > Camera. Photo import uses Apple's system photo picker, which gives the app only the single image you choose; QTvision does not request access to your photo library.
Results you choose to save
If you tap Save, the app stores the date, the QT/RR ratio, the measured pixel distances, the sex you selected, and the result category. This information is stored on your iPhone only, in the app's private storage, and is never sent to us or anyone else. It is kept until you delete it. You can delete a saved result by swiping it in History, or delete all saved results by deleting the app.
Exporting results
If you use Export CSV, the app creates the file only when you ask and passes it to the iOS share sheet. It goes only to the destination you choose (for example, Mail or Files). We do not receive a copy.
Patient information
ECG rhythm strips may contain patient identifiers. Because QTvision never stores or transmits images, no patient-identifying information leaves your iPhone through the app. You remain responsible for handling patient information in accordance with HIPAA and your institution's policies.
Third parties
QTvision contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software, and shares no information with third parties. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple's own privacy policy.
This website
qtvision.app does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts, and has no forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Children
QTvision is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. All data the app stores is on your device and under your control, as described above. If you have questions, contact us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
